Here at Novich we are a made to order brand, meaning all pieces are crafted upon request of the customer. Once your order is placed with us it goes into production and is made just for you! Production time frames vary from product to product. You can find this info in all product descriptions.
After an order has been placed NOVICH is unable to cancel or modify the order in anyway.
NOVICH does not offer refunds. Only exchanges for another item or credit note.
Each item production time frame varies. Typically 1-3 weeks, however faster time frames are available upon request and pre approval from the Novich team. express orders will incur an express fee of $50.

Yes! We offer fast tracking on all order, please email us to enquire.
The fast tracking service allows you to have your order made faster than the listed production time frame.
Fast tracking must be approved by the NOVICH team via email before placing your order and is dependant on our production schedule at the time.
Fast tracking incurs a fee of $50 per order.
Yes! we offer size exchanges and change of mind returns for credit note only, we do not do refunds.
Please note any items that are customised in any way from the original production online ( sizing / colour / length / alterations) canont be returned or exchanged.
Any returns must be lodged with us via email and returned within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns after this time frame.

OUR STORY
NOVICH, Established in 2020 is a contemporary Evening & Resort-Wear label. Designed and handmade in Western Australia by designer Tia Durtanovich.
After completing a degree in Fashion Design & working for local designers in Perth Australia, our designer Tia launched her own clothing label.
Conscious production and sustainability has always be front of mind for our designer Tia and is evident in our processes today.
With sustainability & slow fashion in mind all NOVICH pieces are crafted with care on a made-to-order basis, once your order is placed it is handmade just for you!
We take pride and care with all our pieces, not only are they hand-crafted with love but undergo a quality control process before they are sent out.
By operating on a made-to-order basis we are able to greatly reduce our fabric & product wastage.
Our designer Tia Durtanovich takes inspiration from colour, silhouette and form on the body, to create innovative statement pieces for you to wear and love, now and for seasons to come.
