TERMS OF SERVICE

All NOVICH pieces are hand made in Australia with care. 

By shopping with NOVICH you agree to the below terms or service. 

EXPRESS ORDERS / FAST TRACKING 

All NOVICH pieces are made to order, meaning they are crafted upon the customers order. Each item has a production-time frame, this can be found in each product description. 

Fast tracking of your order is available upon request & approval of the NOVICH team. 

The fee to fast track an order within a shorter time frame of the listed production is $50AUD. 

For all fast tracking requests please contact us at info@novich.com.au.

If fast tracking is not purchased at the time of your order, we cannot guarantee any requested dates of arrival that are added to your order. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

NOVICH will gladly offer an item/size exchange or credit note that is valid for 6 months with the exclusion of custom designs for any change of mind / size exchange requests. Refunds are not available for change of mind. 

Please contact info@novich.com.au for any size exchange of change of mind requests.

All returned items must be unworn, un laundered, un damaged, tags attached and in original condition. If items are not deemed to be in original condition NOVICH has the right to reject any returns.

Any return requests must be lodged via email & returned within 7 days of receiving your items. 

Please note, all return shipping costs are at the cost of the customer and not  NOVICH. 

NOVICH requires all return parcels to be sent via a secure and traceable postage method. Any lost or stolen return parcels are not liable to NOVICH.

 

SHIPPING

Parcels are sent via AUS post.

NOVICH is not liable for shipping delays that may incur via third party postage services.

NOVICH is not liable for any lost / stolen or delayed parcel.

International parcels may be subject to local duties and taxes. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the receiver, not NOVICH.

REFUNDS

NOVICH does not offer refunds.

Please note, refunds are not available unless a garment is deemed to be faulty by the NOVICH team.

All NOVICH garments undergo a quality control process before they are dispatched, however if you do believe your item to be faulty please email us at info@novich.com.au. with a detailed description and images of the fault. 

Please note damage caused by wear and tear & incorrect care for the garment is not considered a fault. 

Wear and tear due to delicate fabrications is not considered a fault. 

CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER 

After an order has been placed NOVICH is unable to cancel or modify the order in anyway.

CUSTOMISATIONS

Any order that is customised in any way from the original products available online ( fabric/size/colour/length/lined ect ) is not eligible for return, refund or exchange as the item has been specifically customised and made for you.

If measurements or customisations to your garments are communicated incorrectly to the NOVICH team, we are not liable to replace / refund or exchange your garment. It is of the responsibility of the customer to provide correct information. 

An exchange of a custom garment will be up to the discretion of NOVICH to approve or deny. 

ORDER NOTES/REQUESTS

Order notes and specific requests must be entered correctly by the customer. Any incorrect note or request entered by the customer is at the responsibility and liable to the customer, not NOVICH. 

No exchange/return or refund is available due to incorrect information provided by the customer to NOVICH.

PRE ORDER

** Please note any items listed as pre order are pending arrival of fabric, and not currently in stock. An estimated arrival date is listed in the individual product descriptions. 

All pre order arrival dates are an estimate only and are subject to changes/delays with our third party couriers/suppliers. 

SALE

All sale items and samples are final and are not eligible for exchange, credit or refund.
